Overview
Sense is hiring a full‑time Product Design Specialist to own and evolve UI/UX across its recruiting platform, building wireframes to pixel‑perfect, production‑ready visuals while shaping the design team from the ground up.
Experience
3-6 years
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end UX process including IA, user flows, wireframes and high‑fidelity designs for current and future products
- Develop and maintain design systems, hand‑off documentation, micro‑interactions and complex component definitions
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers and cross‑functional teams from concept through launch in an agile environment
- Translate complex user pain points into intuitive, accessible solutions and validate designs through research
- Communicate design decisions, prototypes and scenarios to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals
Eligibility
- Digital product design expertise with focus on UI/UX and design systems
- 3‑6 years of professional experience delivering end‑to‑end designs in agile software teams
- Master’s degree in Design, HCI or equivalent preferred (not mandatory)
