Overview
ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of its enterprise SaaS solutions across desktop, tablet, and mobile. The role involves end‑to‑end design, user research, and cross‑functional collaboration to create intuitive, data‑driven experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design engaging, efficient, and intuitive enterprise SaaS experiences across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, QA, and stakeholders to ship end‑to‑end user experiences
- Conduct user research, usability studies, and develop journey maps and task flows
- Create prototypes and work with the design system team to ensure technical implementation
- Mentor junior designers and champion good product design practices
Eligibility
- Proven experience designing modern SaaS/Enterprise products
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating process, reasoning, and outcomes
- Ability to conduct discovery research, create journey maps, and prototype concepts
- Collaborative mindset with ability to own projects end‑to‑end
