Job Description
Overview
ServiceTitan is hiring an AI‑First Staff Product Designer for its Bangalore design team to lead the creation of AI‑driven experiences across desktop, tablet and mobile. The role combines research, interaction design and rapid prototyping to embed Titan Intelligence into core product workflows.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, engineering and research to discover, design and ship AI‑enhanced features
- Design human‑AI interaction patterns, including agentic workflows, trust cues and error handling
- Conduct user research, interviews and usability testing to validate AI concepts
- Create wireframes, high‑fidelity mocks and prototypes using Figma and AI‑assisted tools
- Mentor junior designers, provide feedback and help shape design strategy and roadmap
Eligibility
- B2B SaaS / enterprise platform design experience
- Proven experience designing AI‑powered or AI‑assisted product features
- At least 1 year of direct people‑management experience
