UX Designer

Overview

Siemens is hiring a UX Designer on a 12‑month contract to create intuitive digital experiences for complex engineering environments. The role involves rapid prototyping, AI‑assisted workflows, and close collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate user problems into simple, intuitive designs.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate using AI‑assisted workflows and large language models.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams from design through delivery, including Figma handoff.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system and component library.
• Present design concepts clearly and explain the reasoning behind decisions.

Eligibility

• UX/Product design expertise with strong interaction and visual design fundamentals.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably with B2B/enterprise products and exposure to user research.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field; certifications in UX/HCI are a plus.
