Lead UX Writer

Overview

The Lead Content Designer / UX Writer will shape content strategy and language standards for Sprinklr’s multi‑product AI‑native platform, driving clear, consistent and trustworthy user experiences across complex enterprise workflows. This India‑based role leads content architecture, AI interaction guidelines, and cross‑functional collaboration to improve platform usability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead content design for complex workflows across Social, Service, Insights, Marketing, and AI‑powered product experiences
• Own and evolve cross‑product voice, tone, terminology, taxonomy and reusable content patterns
• Define language strategy and standards for AI prompts, generative content, explanations and human‑in‑the‑loop interactions
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Research and other stakeholders to embed content quality early in the product lifecycle
• Create governance models and reusable documentation to ensure consistent adoption of content standards across distributed pods

Eligibility

• 10+ years of UX writing, content design, or product content strategy experience in enterprise SaaS or platform environments
• Proven track record leading content strategy for complex, multi‑product workflows with measurable business impact
