Overview
Sprinklr is seeking an India‑based Product Designer II to create AI‑first enterprise software experiences using its design system, collaborating with product, engineering and research teams. The role focuses on designing intuitive, trustworthy and accessible workflows for its Unified‑CXM platform.

Responsibilities
- Use Sprinklr’s design system and AI tools to craft user flows, high‑fidelity designs and prototypes for enterprise workflows.
- Partner with senior designers, product managers and engineers to gather requirements, provide feedback and ensure implementation feasibility.
- Conduct and support user research activities such as interviews, usability testing and workflow analysis, translating insights into design solutions.
- Create clickable prototypes, interaction flows and motion studies that demonstrate AI‑powered, agentic experiences.
- Iterate designs based on review feedback, maintain design system consistency, and produce handoff artifacts using Figma, Jira and Confluence.
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in enterprise SaaS and AI‑enhanced product design
- 2–4 years of product design experience with hands‑on exposure to AI tools/agentic workflows and user research
- Portfolio required; no specific educational constraint listed
