Senior Product Designer

Overview

Sprinklr is seeking a Product Designer with 4–7 years of experience to design next‑generation AI‑first enterprise software using its design system. The role involves collaborating with product, engineering and research teams to create intuitive, accessible, and scalable user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Use Sprinklr’s design system and AI‑first tools to explore and design complex enterprise workflows
• Create user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes for AI‑powered experiences
• Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers and content designers to clarify requirements and iterate quickly
• Conduct and support research activities, synthesize insights, and incorporate them into design decisions
• Prepare design deliverables, document decisions, and ensure consistency, accessibility, and implementation readiness

Eligibility

• Strong product design background in SaaS/enterprise applications (4–7 years)
• Practical experience with AI‑powered user experiences, intelligent recommendations, and agentic workflows
• Degree not required; equivalent hands‑on experience and a portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design process
