Senior UX/UI Designer

Overview

The role focuses on creating high‑quality UI designs, mock‑ups, and visual assets for interactive surgical operating‑room products, translating product requirements into intuitive interfaces, and collaborating closely with software engineers throughout development.

Responsibilities

• Create high‑quality UI designs, mock‑ups, and visual assets for surgical operating‑room products
• Translate product requirements and user flows into intuitive, aesthetically appealing interfaces across physical and digital touchpoints
• Develop concepts and rapid prototypes to test hypotheses and define product requirements
• Partner with software development engineers to evaluate, test, and provide feedback on functional implementations
• Participate in design reviews, communicate concepts to stakeholders, and advocate for design processes and thinking

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, or related discipline
• 3+ years of professional experience with a portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product execution
• Proficiency in Figma and experience working within software development processes
