Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and execution for key enterprise product areas
- Drive roadmap of features for Toast’s full‑service enterprise customers
- Manage agile backlogs by creating, prioritizing, and grooming user stories
- Monitor team process and system health metrics to ensure quality and velocity
- Collaborate with R&D, documentation, sales, and marketing to evangelize product capabilities and align on strategic vision
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in enterprise SaaS product management and restaurant/hospitality technology
