Product Lead for Toast's New Ventures, driving an early‑stage product from MVP to product‑market fit and scaling it. This senior individual contributor works closely with engineers, design, and customers to set strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes.
Salary
Zone A $190,000—$304,000 USD; Zone B $165,000—$264,000 USD; Zone C $149,000—$238,000 USD

Responsibilities
- Shape product strategy and roadmap from MVP to product‑market fit and scale
- Own outcome briefs end‑to‑end, including problem framing, shipping, and results measurement
- Run weekly cycle planning with engineers and design to decide weekly build priorities
- Gather customer insights, define success metrics, and iterate based on data
- Partner with sales, marketing, support, and operations on positioning, pricing, launches and share clear updates with stakeholders
Eligibility
- 5+ years product management experience owning a product or major area
- Proven track record taking a product from MVP to product‑market fit and growth
- Experience working directly with engineering teams without a dedicated engineering manager
- Comfortable using metrics, AI tools, and communicating to technical and non‑technical audiences
