Overview
Visa is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead strategy, design and delivery of next‑generation compliance technology across traditional payments, digital assets and AI‑enabled solutions.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision, roadmap and strategy for compliance technology platforms
- Translate regulatory requirements into features and design AML, sanctions, KYC, transaction monitoring and case management solutions
- Lead compliance technology initiatives for crypto, stablecoins and digital asset ecosystems, including blockchain analytics and travel‑rule compliance
- Champion AI/ML integration, governance and vendor evaluation to enhance compliance capabilities
- Manage product delivery, backlog, stakeholder alignment and executive communication across global teams
Eligibility
- Deep expertise in Financial Crime Compliance (AML, Sanctions, KYC, Transaction Monitoring)
- Experience delivering enterprise‑scale compliance technology solutions in payments/FinTech, including crypto and AI/ML
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Compliance or related field
