Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end design of DAP guidance creation, distribution, and management across web, mobile, and desktop.
- Lead product area from discovery through delivery, including research, ideation, prototyping, specification, and handoff.
- Define and maintain design quality, interaction models, usability standards, and consistency with the broader design system.
- Design AI‑native features by inventing new interaction patterns and actively using AI tools in the design workflow.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, run real‑world experiments, mentor junior designers, and contribute to shared design standards.
Eligibility
- 4+ years of product design experience in SaaS or enterprise software (senior level)
- Portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end ownership of complex problems and shipped AI‑enabled features
