Product Manager- UPI Consumer App

Overview

The role is for a Product Manager – Consumer UPI at AndPayments, responsible for owning the complete consumer UPI experience from onboarding to settlement and dispute resolution. It is a high‑ownership, individual contributor position building the stack from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the end‑to‑end consumer UPI journey, including onboarding, VPA creation, account linking and KYC
• Own the full TPAP surface such as P2P, P2M, mandates, UPI Lite, RuPay Credit Card on UPI and Credit Line on UPI
• Lead BBPS bill payments, spend analytics, transaction history and the dispute/chargeback framework
• Drive fraud decisioning mechanisms, velocity checks, device signals and step‑up authentication
• Manage the NPCI certification lifecycle and coordinate scheme certifications, dispute infrastructure and credit‑on‑UPI features

Eligibility

• 5+ years product management experience in payments or financial services
• Hands‑on experience shipping consumer‑facing UPI products and deep knowledge of NPCI UPI scheme mechanics
