Product Manager- UPI Merchant Payments

Overview

AndPayments seeks a Product Manager to own the complete UPI merchant experience, from onboarding to dispute resolution, building a compliance‑first, AI‑enhanced product for global scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute end‑to‑end UPI merchant roadmap including collection, settlement, reconciliation and dispute resolution
• Drive merchant onboarding and activation metrics such as time‑to‑first‑transaction, drop‑off and completion rate
• Partner with Legal & Compliance to align product decisions with NPCI/RBI frameworks
• Build ecosystem and partnership integrations with networks, aggregators and adjacent players
• Leverage AI‑first workflows for research, PRD creation and synthesis while maintaining quality

Eligibility

• Deep fintech/payments domain expertise, especially UPI
• Minimum 5 years product management experience with zero‑to‑one product launches
• Strong analytical skills with SQL/spreadsheet proficiency
