Product Manager - Time & Attendance and Scheduling

Overview

The role is for a Product Manager specializing in Workday Time & Attendance and Scheduling at Maersk in Bangalore, leading product strategy and development for workforce management solutions. The position involves cross‑functional collaboration to drive product enhancements and market success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic product roadmap for time and attendance solutions
• Conduct market analysis and engage customers to prioritize features and enhancements
• Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and guide end‑to‑end development
• Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with engineering, QA, and process design teams
• Act as product evangelist by creating training materials, documentation, and driving continuous improvement

Eligibility

• Expertise in Workday Time & Attendance and Scheduling modules
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Workday implementations (at least two) and mandatory JIRA experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field
