The Senior Product Manager will own the roadmap and AI‑driven automation of Delhivery’s Fleet Management Systems, turning manual freight operations into scalable, intelligent workflows. This high‑ownership role bridges customers, operations, engineering, and data to deliver measurable efficiency gains.

Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmap for freight and fleet workflows, set clear KPIs and own outcomes
- Automate operations using AI agents, workflow automation and intelligent recommendations
- Engage deeply with operations, vendors, drivers and customers to understand real‑world workflows and pain points
- Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and drive measurable improvements in turnaround time, automation adoption, tracking compliance and productivity
- Partner with engineering, architecture and cross‑functional teams to build scalable, reliable systems and drive end‑to‑end execution
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in logistics, supply chain, fleet management or marketplace platforms
- 4+ years product management experience in logistics, supply chain, fleet management, B2B platforms or fast‑paced internet companies
