Overview
Barclays is hiring a Product Manager to lead the digital product strategy, driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences across its platforms.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy aligned with business vision and market demands
- Lead cross‑functional alignment with engineering, operations, marketing and sales teams
- Oversee product risk, control and governance throughout the lifecycle
- Manage the end‑to‑end product development lifecycle from concept to launch using Agile and Jira
- Utilize data‑driven insights to monitor performance, refine features and achieve business targets
Eligibility
- Proven product management or product ownership experience
- Experience in digital product design and unsecured lending/consumer loans or credit cards
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management and Agile/Jira proficiency
- Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint and basic SQL/Tableau knowledge
- Location: Gurugram/Noida, India
