Overview
Camunda is hiring a Principal Product Manager to own the Time to First Production outcome, shaping the onboarding experience from a new team's first workspace to their first production process. The role drives metric definition, roadmap, and cross‑functional execution across AI‑assisted and agentic product areas.
Salary
US: $198,500 - $320,000; UK: £124,600 - £204,900; Singapore: S$246,500 - S$369,700; Canada: C$210,700 - C$346,600
Responsibilities
- Define and own north‑star metrics and the end‑to‑end customer journey for Time to First Production.
- Partner with Validation and data teams to build measurement systems and track outcome performance.
- Prioritize and guide a portfolio of initiatives spanning AI‑assisted modeling, guided onboarding, testing, and production pathways.
- Represent the outcome area to senior leadership, product marketing, and GTM teams with clear, evidence‑based narratives.
- Collaborate with fellow outcome DRIs to ensure coherent product strategy across Enterprise Adoption and Production Confidence.
Eligibility
- Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS or B2B product management, preferably at Principal/Staff level.
- Proven experience building measurement frameworks and north‑star metrics from scratch.
- Strong cross‑functional leadership and influence without formal authority.
- Passion for AI‑native, agentic product experiences and customer‑centric design.
