Overview
Product Manager for Camunda 8 self-managed service, owning strategy, roadmap and execution of deployment solutions across cloud, on‑prem and air‑gapped environments. Works cross‑functionally with engineering, product marketing, customer success and documentation to deliver an enterprise‑ready, easy‑to‑adopt product.
Salary
$143,800 - $231,900
Responsibilities
- Define market‑driven vision, strategy and product requirements for the Camunda self‑managed portfolio.
- Gather and manage feedback from community, customers, partners and internal stakeholders to drive innovation.
- Evaluate, prioritize and own the roadmap for incoming feature requests and epics.
- Continuously assess market demand, competitive landscape and collaborate with Pre‑Sales, Solution Architects and field teams.
- Coordinate with engineering and documentation to reduce deployment friction across Kubernetes, Helm, container and bare‑metal environments.
Eligibility
- Experience with platform products offered both as SaaS and on‑premises.
- Background working on IT platforms in banking, financial services or insurance sectors.
- Domain expertise in deployment technologies such as Kubernetes and Helm.
