Overview
Lead the AI platform product at Spotnana, owning LLM gateway, retrieval-augmented generation, agent orchestration, and evaluation frameworks while driving internal adoption across teams. Serve as the product owner for platform primitives, APIs, and user‑experience surfaces.
Experience
10+ years total (5+ years product management, 3+ years platform)
Responsibilities
- Define and own core platform primitives such as LLM routing, retrieval‑augmented generation, prompt management, and context/session handling.
- Build and maintain an evaluation framework for correctness, hallucination detection, and regression gating of prompts, models, and agents.
- Develop self‑serve AI agents and builder tools for internal teams, measuring adoption and time‑saved as product metrics.
- Create and publish platform contracts, APIs, SDKs, and service guarantees for internal and future external partners.
- Collaborate with engineering, ML, security, and product teams to write PRDs, drive execution, and ensure a strong user‑experience for configuration and observability.
Eligibility
- Product management expertise in AI/LLM platform products
- 5+ years product management and 3+ years building LLM‑based infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
