Lead Product Manager, Agent Runtime & Evals

Overview

Lead Product Manager responsible for owning the agent runtime and evaluation layer of Foundry, Juniper Square’s AI automation platform for fund administration. You will define vision, strategy and roadmap to enable non‑engineers to build, test, deploy and govern AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision, strategy and roadmap for the agent runtime platform, covering the full lifecycle from draft to retirement
• Own evaluation processes, model governance and automated testing frameworks for agents
• Design integrations, model routing, cost attribution and connector models to enable reusable access to data and actions
• Create tooling for large‑scale oversight, including dashboards, observability, audit trails and kill switches
• Partner with workflow orchestration PM and engineering to define contracts, identity and deployment patterns for agents within governed workflows

Eligibility

• Product management expertise in B2B/Enterprise SaaS, preferably in private markets or fund administration
• 7+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years focused on AI/LLM‑driven products
• Hands‑on experience with agent evaluation, golden datasets, data labeling and production monitoring
• Strong collaboration with engineering and ability to influence technical trade‑offs
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (no specific degree required)
