Platform Product Manager, AI/ML

Overview

Lead AI/ML platform product strategy and delivery at ValGenesis, shaping AI/ML and statistical services across multiple validation product domains. Drive roadmap, architecture, and go‑to‑market activities while ensuring GxP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and own AI/ML product strategy and roadmap for platform services across the ValGenesis suite
• Establish a unified AI/ML platform vision with reusable models, services, and APIs, ensuring cloud‑native scalability
• Act as SME for statistical and machine learning methods, setting standards for model selection, evaluation, explainability and lifecycle management
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX/UI and go‑to‑market teams to design architecture, APIs, and intuitive user experiences
• Engage with customers, sales, and professional services to validate capabilities and drive thought leadership

Eligibility

• Deep expertise in statistical methods, machine learning and generative AI applied to regulated industries
• 3+ years product management experience in enterprise SaaS or AI/ML platforms, preferably with cloud and MLOps experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science or related field; PhD preferred
