Senior User Experience Designer

Overview

The role involves leading UX design for healthcare and AI-enabled digital solutions at the Bangalore office, translating user needs into intuitive product experiences. The designer will work cross‑functionally with engineering and product teams in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate user needs into intuitive and impactful product experiences
• Conduct design-to-development handoff and collaborate closely with engineering teams
• Create and maintain design language systems and scalable design frameworks
• Design enterprise‑grade analytics dashboards, data visualizations, and AI‑enabled product interfaces
• Work across multiple product teams, manage priorities, and adapt to evolving project requirements

Eligibility

• Healthcare technology domain expertise
• 5+ years of UX design experience, including DLS, AI‑enabled products, and enterprise analytics
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design (B.Des, M.Des)
