Senior Product Designer

Overview

DexCare seeks a Senior Product Designer to lead the vision and execution of web‑based experiences for finding and booking medical care, shaping a cohesive end‑to‑end user journey. The role collaborates cross‑functionally to translate user needs into scalable design solutions and measurable product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define the experience vision for DexCare’s web‑based care discovery and booking journey
• Develop design principles, standards, and a scalable design system to ensure cohesive end‑to‑end experiences
• Create mockups, prototypes, design patterns and deliver presentations to communicate innovations
• Collaborate with developers, product, commercial and engineering teams to implement designs and uphold accessibility best practices
• Monitor product performance, conduct usability research and iterate based on data‑driven insights

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, HCI or related field with 7+ years of product or service design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating e‑commerce UX and web visual design, plus experience managing multiple projects and cross‑functional teams
• Proficiency in design systems, inclusive design principles, and familiarity with front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React)
