Product Manager

Overview

The Product Manager at Empower will shape and deliver customer experiences for retirement and personal wealth products, driving strategy, roadmap, and cross‑functional execution. This role focuses on simplifying financial services and helping customers achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and identify high‑impact opportunities for customers
• Own and maintain the product roadmap, balancing short‑term and long‑term goals
• Partner closely with design, engineering, and research to enhance user experience and increase team velocity
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration to manage requirements, resources, compliance, and key milestones
• Define, analyze, and track key performance metrics and use data‑driven insights to guide decisions

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years leading digital direct‑to‑consumer fintech products
• Proven full product life‑cycle ownership and stakeholder management in regulated environments
