Responsibilities
- Define and execute design strategy for one or more product areas, translating user needs, business goals and technical constraints into clear direction
- Collaborate with product, engineering, research and data partners to set vision, prioritize opportunities and align teams
- Lead discovery, design and refinement of complex workflows including creation, automation, publishing and configuration, handling edge cases
- Drive design quality through reviews, standards for usability, accessibility, visual consistency and design‑system alignment
- Mentor designers, improve critique processes, and establish measures of design impact such as adoption and customer satisfaction
Eligibility
- B2B SaaS, platform, CRM or workflow‑heavy product domain expertise
- 7+ years of product design experience with leadership/mentorship, strong portfolio, AI‑driven interface experience
