Lead User Experience Designer - Healthcare

Overview

Lead Product UX Designer for Healthcare at Hyland, working remotely with core hours 12‑8 PM IST, focusing on designing scalable, accessible experiences across back‑office, payer, clinical, imaging and radiology products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to shape platform direction, prioritize work, and align design decisions with short‑ and long‑term outcomes.
• Lead product discovery with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify gaps, build clarity, and drive consensus.
• Design scalable design systems, patterns, and interaction models that work across teams, products, and edge cases.
• Drive accessibility compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA by collaborating with accessibility experts and engineering teams.
• Provide annotated design specifications, mentor team members, and lead critiques to ensure high‑quality, consistent user experiences.

Eligibility

• 8+ years of product design experience delivering complex enterprise software
• Proven accessibility expertise meeting WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA criteria and experience with design systems
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field
