Overview
HighLevel is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own and elevate complex B2B SaaS experiences from discovery through delivery in a fully remote, AI‑powered environment.

Responsibilities
- Own product areas from discovery to delivery, translating customer needs and business goals into clear design direction
- Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers and designers to define, test and ship polished experiences at scale
- Create wireframes, prototypes, high‑fidelity designs, interaction specifications and production‑ready documentation
- Strengthen design‑system adoption and ensure consistency across surfaces, devices and locales
- Support junior designers and lead through ambiguity by iterating quickly, providing critique and clear rationale
Eligibility
- 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, platform or CRM environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product judgment, systems thinking and measurable impact
