Senior Designer - Cloud Update Service

Overview

Product Designer for Hyland's Content Cloud, shaping AI‑assisted content management experiences across the Content Innovation Cloud platform. Collaborates with designers, product managers and engineers remotely, with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, engineering and research to translate user insights into journey maps, flows, concepts and interactive prototypes
• Design scalable design systems, patterns and interaction models for enterprise content federation and AI‑powered search
• Ensure accessibility compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA by working with accessibility experts and engineering
• Provide annotated design specifications and documentation to guide development and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate on AI‑assisted experiences focusing on transparency, control, trust and user guidance

Eligibility

• 5+ years of product design experience in complex enterprise software
• Proven accessibility expertise meeting WCAG 2.2 AA standards
• Strong proficiency with Figma and experience with design systems (Material Design 3/Angular Material)
