UX Engineer - Figma

Overview

The role is a UX/Product Designer focused on creating intuitive, scalable experiences for Optum’s enterprise SaaS platforms, leveraging AI tools to enhance design efficiency. You will collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams to deliver implementation‑ready designs that improve health outcomes globally.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and scalable user experiences for enterprise SaaS products and platforms
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, and high‑fidelity designs
• Conduct research and usability testing to validate assumptions and inform design decisions
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, product managers, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
• Produce detailed specifications and support engineering teams through implementation and delivery

Eligibility

• 4+ years of UX, Product Design, or Interaction Design experience
• Experience designing enterprise SaaS applications or complex business systems
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
