Responsibilities
- Lead UX vision for complex enterprise workflows and ensure high‑density data is manageable for expert users
- Own the end‑to‑end user journey from discovery through high‑fidelity implementation and post‑launch iteration
- Communicate design rationale and align stakeholders across global India and international offices
- Oversee the evolution of the Design System to maintain modularity and accessibility across B2B modules
- Mentor senior designers, lead critique sessions, and elevate design thinking maturity across the India team
Eligibility
- 10+ years experience in product design for enterprise or data‑heavy B2B products
- Portfolio demonstrating a comprehensive end‑to‑end B2B use case with measurable impact
- UX/HCI degree or equivalent industry experience
