Overview
The Principal UX Designer will lead design excellence for Palo Alto Networks' global B2B enterprise product suites within the India R&D Center, shaping systemic solutions and the long‑term user experience roadmap. This senior role partners with product and engineering leaders to drive strategic UX vision and mentor the design team.

Responsibilities
- Lead UX vision for complex enterprise workflows and high‑density data management
- Own end‑to‑end user journey from discovery through implementation and post‑launch iteration
- Communicate design rationale and align stakeholders across India and international offices
- Oversee evolution of the Design System ensuring modularity and accessibility across B2B modules
- Conduct critique sessions and mentor senior designers to raise design maturity
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in product design/UX for enterprise or data‑heavy B2B products
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience with a proven end‑to‑end portfolio
- UX/HCI degree or equivalent industry experience
