Responsibilities
- Grow regular patient engagement via communication, feedback and campaigns
- Increase adoption of key recovery features and track engagement metrics
- Build and launch digital commerce for products and services, coordinating fulfillment
- Drive retention by monitoring cohorts and reducing drop‑offs
- Deliver product specs on time, measure impact and support revenue growth
Eligibility
- Product management experience in consumer‑facing digital products
- 2–4 years of relevant experience with engagement, retention and e‑commerce
