Overview
The Product Manager will drive the development and execution of a 5‑year product roadmap for a global leader in sustainable climate solutions, overseeing the product lifecycle, P&L and cross‑functional delivery. This role focuses on translating market insights into product requirements while ensuring data integrity and supporting pricing and sales enablement.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5‑year product roadmaps and manage the product lifecycle from development to obsolescence
- Create business cases, set product priorities, and manage product P&L to optimize margins
- Gather and analyze Voice of Customer insights to define product requirements and positioning
- Maintain product data integrity across global standards and support pricing strategy and sales enablement tools
- Partner with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and continuous product refinement
Eligibility
- Product management or product development expertise in sustainable/industrial solutions
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management with proven leadership and cross‑functional alignment
- Relevant degree in engineering, business, or related field (educational constraint not specified)
