Overview
AndPayments is hiring a Product Manager to lead the development of a next-generation payment gateway that works consistently across various channels. The successful candidate will own the product and work on solving the problem of fragmented acceptance and inconsistent checkout. This role offers direct ownership and access to scheme relationships, regulatory channels, and engineering bandwidth.

Responsibilities
- Card processing — scheme integrations, tokenization, EMV 3DS 2.0, passkeys, recurring/mandate architecture
- Omni-channel acceptance layer — website, Android POS, Soundbox, Mobile POS, transit, EV charging
- Intelligent routing & orchestration across acquirers and processors
- Chargeback and dispute management
- Authorization rate optimization
- Fraud monitoring integration
Eligibility
- 8+ years of PM experience
- 5+ years of experience at a payment aggregator, gateway, acquiring bank, card network, or processor
- Deep knowledge of card processing flows and authentication flows
