Sr User Experience Designer

Overview

The User Experience (UX) Designer at Blackbaud will design and deliver web‑based software solutions that delight users and support social good missions, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Accurately frame user problems and ideate multiple solution approaches
• Create and test prototypes to validate valuable and usable experiences
• Document and communicate design decisions effectively to peers
• Collaborate with product teams and contribute to a creative, productive atmosphere
• Help define and maintain the design system while leveraging AI‑assisted tools

Eligibility

• UX design expertise with a user‑centered design approach
• 5+ years of experience in user research, prototyping, and visual communication tools; experience designing end‑to‑end solutions
