Overview
We are seeking a product designer to create seamless workflow experiences for Outreach’s AI‑powered sales execution platform, focusing on the Guide – Conversational Intelligence solution.
Responsibilities
- Design product experiences and UI for the Conversational Intelligence solution
- Develop concept models, user flows, and detailed interaction designs
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to shape product vision and roadmap
- Define seamless workflow experiences that customers use daily
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and data to improve usability
Eligibility
- Strong product design / UX‑UI expertise
- Experience designing enterprise SaaS or AI‑driven products
- Portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design work
