MathWorks seeks a UX Designer to lead design of radar, phased‑array and sensor‑fusion products, collaborating with cross‑functional teams from concept through delivery. The role emphasizes user‑centered design, AI‑augmented workflows, and accessible, high‑quality experiences.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development and marketing teams to design consistent solutions for radar, phased‑array antennas, and sensor‑fusion products
- Conduct user research, usability testing and translate requirements into complete user experiences
- Produce design concepts, iterate based on feedback and guide ideas through detailed design to production
- Design intuitive interfaces for AI tools, ensuring trust, transparency and user control
- Promote design standards, accessibility and stay abreast of industry trends across mobile, desktop and web
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in technical software, radar systems, sensor fusion or related engineering fields
- 6+ years professional UX design experience (or 3+ years with a master’s degree), portfolio of software/web design, proficiency with Figma/Adobe/Sketch, knowledge of generative AI and human‑AI interaction
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline (e.g., Electrical/Computer Engineering, Aerospace, HCI) or equivalent experience
