UI/UX Designer

Overview

The role is a Product Designer at ServiceNow, responsible for creating innovative, end‑to‑end design solutions that integrate AI and improve how people work. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to deliver high‑fidelity designs and user‑focused experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative design solutions that transform how people work globally
• Drive end‑to‑end product design and produce high‑fidelity detailed designs
• Present ideas, gather feedback, and review proposals within a cross‑functional team
• Leverage or explore AI integration into workflows, decision‑making, or problem‑solving
• Create feature‑level interactive designs, wireframes, and visual design artifacts

Eligibility

• 2+ years of relevant product/UX design experience (including internships)
• Portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product design solutions
• Experience working with design tools to create interactive and visual designs
• Experience participating in the full product development lifecycle for web or software applications
• Growth mindset and strong communication skills
