Product Designer at StarRez leading the design of complex, data‑rich SaaS experiences for analytics, dashboards, and reporting. Works as a senior individual contributor within a cross‑functional team to improve usability, accessibility, and visualisation quality.

Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end design initiatives for data‑heavy workflows, from discovery through delivery.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and concept validation to inform product decisions.
- Create high‑fidelity designs, interaction patterns, and data visualisations that are accessible (WCAG 2.2 AA).
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to align on problem framing, success metrics, and implementation quality.
- Contribute to the design system and mentor teammates on UI/UX best practices, leveraging AI‑powered tools.
Eligibility
- 5+ years designing complex SaaS or B2B digital products
