Designer 3 - Cloud Update Service

Overview

Hyland is seeking a Product Designer for its Content Cloud team, who will shape how customers access and manage content across the Hyland Content Innovation Cloud platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering complex enterprise software with consumer-grade usability and a strong understanding of design systems. The role will involve working remotely with a team based in India and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product and engineering to build alignment and translate ambiguity into clear direction
• Partner with researchers to translate user insights and customer needs into journey maps and interactive prototypes
• Design scalable systems and patterns that hold up across teams, products, and edge cases
• Design for AI-assisted experiences and drive accessibility as a first-class requirement
• Provide annotated design specifications and documentation for efficient implementation

Eligibility

• 5+ years of product design experience delivering complex enterprise software
• Proven accessibility expertise and experience with design systems
• Proficiency with Figma and a track record of producing interactive prototypes
