Lead Product UX Designer – Healthcare

Overview

Hyland is seeking a Lead Product UX Designer to shape the healthcare portfolio, spanning back office, payer, clinical, enterprise imaging, and radiology. The role involves leading product discovery, designing scalable systems, and driving accessibility. This is a remote-first role with occasional in-office days and potential travel to the US or Europe.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to shape platform direction
• Lead product discovery alongside cross-functional stakeholders
• Design scalable systems and create patterns, workflows, and interaction models
• Drive accessibility and ensure experiences meet WCAG 2.2 AA standards
• Provide annotated design specifications and documentation

Eligibility

• 8+ years of product design experience delivering complex enterprise software
• Proven accessibility expertise and design system fluency
• Proficiency with Figma and strong product judgment
