Overview

The Experience Designer is responsible for designing thoughtful, user-centered solutions that meet the needs of customers and end users. The role involves leveraging cutting-edge design tools and methodologies to translate complex user insights into design concepts, prototypes, and systems. The ideal candidate leads with empathy, communicates with clarity, and delivers with precision.

Responsibilities

• Translate user insights into design concepts, journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Lead large design projects through complete product lifecycles
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to align on product vision and design strategy
• Partner with user researchers to plan and execute research
• Use storytelling and data visualization to communicate complex design concepts

Eligibility

• 5+ years of professional experience in Experience Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field
• Strong professional portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes and creative thinking
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
