Senior Product Designer - Cloud Update Service

Overview

Senior Product Designer for Hyland's Content Cloud, shaping AI‑enabled content access, organization and management across the platform. Works remotely with product, engineering and research teams to build scalable, accessible design systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate ambiguity into clear design direction and smart trade‑offs
• Partner with researchers to turn user insights into journey maps, flows, concepts and interactive prototypes
• Create scalable design systems, patterns and interaction models that work across teams and products
• Design AI‑assisted experiences focusing on search, recommendations, transparency, control and trust
• Drive accessibility compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA by working with accessibility experts and engineering

Eligibility

• 8+ years of product design experience delivering complex enterprise software
• Proven accessibility expertise meeting WCAG 2.2 AA standards
• Strong proficiency with Figma and experience extending design systems
