Senior Experience Designer (UI/UX)

Overview

The role is a Senior Experience Designer on Salesforce's Agentic Transformation team, responsible for creating intuitive, AI‑driven experiences, tools, and workflows for Solution Engineers, Builders, and Leaders. The designer will translate complex user and business needs into scalable, high‑quality designs across the Solutions and Builder ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, high‑quality experiences, tools and workflows that enable Solution Engineers, Builders and Leaders to work more effectively
• Translate complex user, business and technical needs into clear user journeys, information architecture, interactions and interfaces
• Own design problems from discovery through delivery, using research, feedback and experimentation to validate concepts
• Prototype and test ideas rapidly, making emerging AI technologies tangible and building confidence in design decisions
• Collaborate with Experience Strategists, Product, Engineering and cross‑functional teams to align design decisions with strategic direction

Eligibility

• Strong foundation in UX/UI, accessibility and human‑centred design demonstrated through an end‑to‑end portfolio
• Minimum 5 years of product design experience, preferably with AI or agentic systems
• Proficiency in Figma and experience using research, feedback and experimentation to inform design decisions
