Senior Product Designer

Overview

The role is a senior product designer on ServiceNow’s Product Design team, responsible for creating innovative, user‑centered product experiences and driving design from concept through delivery. You will collaborate cross‑functionally, champion design decisions, and mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative design solutions and world‑class product experiences
• Drive user experiences from concept to delivery using user research and design principles
• Collaborate with engineering and product management, reconciling stakeholder feedback
• Create high‑fidelity designs, specifications, and ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility
• Mentor and coach junior designers, fostering a growth mindset
